Our Programs


CrossFit Defiance has coaches who specialize in coaching endurance athletes. It is different from the traditional long-slow distance training by eliminating volume and upping the intensity of the workouts.

Our Endurance Program builds tough and durable athletes. CrossFit is our strength and conditioning program, and running is our sport-specific training. Learn how to run efficiently and make those PB’s.
