At Defiance, we believe in the CrossFit programming methodology. We don’t sacrifice constantly varied programming because of workout complexity, equipment, movement difficulty, or class logistics. We make it work and our athletes are fitter for it.

Our Olympic Weightlifting Club is for both weightlifters and CrossFitters who want to simply train and practice the Olympic Lifts or compete in the sport of weightlifting. This is an all-inclusive training program designed to increase performance in the snatch and clean and jerk.
CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, motor).
CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for any participant at any level.
The goal of the Kids program is develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports (and life in general). But, despite the increased physical demands of the class, the focus of the Kids program is still on fun.
Fitness through Fun and games means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.
Our Endurance Program builds tough and durable athletes. Learn how to use CrossFit to enhance your quality of life or your chosen sport, keep you injury-free, and build strength and a better engine. If you’re serious about improving your aerobic capacity, this is the pathway to become the best you can be.
At Defiance, we offer more than CrossFit classes. Our coaching team works one-on-one, in private sessions with athletes to support their health goals. We find that individual attention increases motivation for people who train with a CrossFit-based coach. As a result, they see big improvements in overall health, agility, strength, mobility, and endurance.
