18.1! Week 1 Review

Workout 18.1

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
8 toes-to-bars
10 dumbbell hang clean and jerks 22.5/15
14-cal. row

The goal in this workout was to keep moving at a pace you can sustain and then maybe pick it up a bit in the last minutes.

It was so pleasing to see the whole community come together at Friday Night Lights, supporting and pushing each other through the full 20 minutes AMRAP. Athletes of all ages and abilities doing their best some hitting there first of many Toes to Bar and others moving a heavier Dumbbell than previously used and generally doing a great job. 

Once again I want to thank everyone who helped Judge and provide the food. We really couldn't do it without the support of an amazing community.
