Defiance Kids focuses on having fun and learning to love fitness. Kids learn proper mechanics and consistency in a safe, supportive environment.
The Defiance Teens Program share a common goal of increased athletic performance by making the teen athletes more explosive, more powerful, and stronger. By scaling speed, volume, load, and intensity, we can make each session appropriate for an elite high-school athlete and a teen simply looking to stay active and fit.
Defiance Ladies provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for women of all ages and abilities to experience the empowerment of CrossFit and explore their athletic potential. We help women achieve fitness goals such as building strength, increasing endurance, losing weight and more!

The goal of gymnastics class is to use beginner level gymnastic training to improve flexibility, body weight strength, and body awareness.
Private training has been shown to accelerate an athletes progress toward their goals. At Defiance, athletes utilise private sessions exclusively or in combination with regular group class attendance. Many athletes find that a bit of one-on-one attention to address specific weaknesses, such as double-unders, butterfly pull-ups, or Olympic Lifting, further enhances their experience and success in group class workouts.
Open to all members of CrossFit Defiance as well as non-members. This class focuses primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk and related lifts. Individuals with little or no prior experience with the Olympic lifts may be required to attend private coaching sessions if training and technical work is beyond what can be accomplished during the class time.

CrossFit Defiance has coaches who specialize in coaching endurance athletes. It is different from the traditional long-slow distance training by eliminating volume and upping the intensity of the workouts.
