Ashleigh Townsend

Ash, a former collegiate and professional footballer in the USA,  studied and graduated with a Degree in Public Health and Exercise Sports Science. He began coaching because he has a passion for it and believes in the life-changing benefits of functional fitness. His goal as a fitness coach is to inspire individuals to make long-term lifestyle changes.

Matt Noble

With a passion for CrossFit Matt enjoys coaching others to achieve their fitness goals. He has spent a number of years playing rugby league and rugby union as well as enjoying climbing and mountaineering whilst traveling in New Zealand. When home from traveling Matt signed up and spent 5 months training as a recruit in the Royal Marines Reserves.
