Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

 
 

CrossFit

Mondays, Thursdays
12pm – 12:45pm

Saturdays
10am – 11am

The weights will vary from light to moderate to heavy. We will have single modality days, couplets, triplets, all the way to chippers. Repetitions will be as low as singles on dedicated heavy days to over one hundred on high volume days. Time domains will be from the very short to the very long. We will do classic benchmarks and I will create new workouts. We will use common equipment as well as odd objects, sandbags, weight vests, yokes, drag sleds, and much more. The daily design and workout selection is crafted to get you as fit as possible in an hour or less a day. I have never cared if a workout seemed creative or flashy. I only care about creating programming that is effective and produces results. 

Weightlifting

Thursday

Saturday
9am – 10am

Our Olympic Weightlifting Class is for both weightlifters and CrossFitters who want to simply train and practice the Olympic Lifts or compete in the sport of weightlifting. This is an all-inclusive training program designed to increase performance in the snatch and clean and jerk. 



Endurance

Thursday
6:30am – 7:30am

9am – 10am

Our Endurance Program builds tough and durable athletes. Learn how to use CrossFit to enhance your quality of life or your chosen sport, keep you injury-free, and build strength and a better engine. If you’re serious about improving your aerobic capacity, this is the pathway to become the best you can be.

Ladies Only

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

Welcome to your perfect Sunday morning workout. During this class, we do everything we would do in our CrossFit classes.

 

Kids

Tuesday & Thursday
4:30pm-5:30pm

CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, motor).

CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for any participant at any level.

The goal of the Kids program is develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports (and life in general). But, despite the increased physical demands of the class, the focus of the Kids program is still on fun.

Fitness through Fun and games means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. 

Pre Teens & Teens

Tuesday & Thursday
4:30pm-5:30pm

Our Teens Programs share a common goal of increased athletic performance by making the teen athletes more explosive, more powerful, and stronger. By scaling speed, volume, load, and intensity, we can make each session appropriate for an elite high-school athlete and a teen simply looking to stay active and fit.



Fundamentals

Tuesdays, Thursdays
9am – 10am

Sundays
12pm – 1pm

Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need.

Personal Training

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
9am – 10am

In this advanced series you’ll determine your weight class and learn how to properly do a deadlift, squat, and bench press.
