As the 2018 CrossFit Games Open comes to an end we want us all to take a minute to reflect on what you have all achieved over these past 5 weeks. Look at your successes and how far you have come from last year, or whenever you started this fitness journey. Also, lets take a second to see where your weaknesses lie. Those holes in your fitness that we need to work on. Those are the elements where time needs to be spent improving. Focused practice is key. Consistency is needed. Need help with this?
